Sculpt Personal Training Program is designed to give women the best possible results. The sessions are 1 hour long, one-on-one, and are tailored to your specific needs and fitness goals.

The benefits

Every six weeks, your personal trainer will provide you with a new program so that you get the variety you need for an effective workout over time – and you’ll never get bored. So that we don’t waste time, your session will be designed to incorporate exercises that use multiple muscles at once, giving you the results you want over a shorter period of time.

The personal trainer’s job is to push you more than you would yourself – but between the two of you you’ll determine how much you want to be pushed. Just remember: the harder you work out, the better the results.

At Sculpt, you will only work with qualified personal trainers, so you’ll be safe in their hands.
